Terms of Service

These terms describe the general conditions for using the Crevix website and requesting our digital services. Project-specific agreements or proposals may contain additional terms.

Effective date: October 29, 2026
Important: This is a general starting template, not legal advice. Review it against your actual business practices and applicable law before publishing. Signed contracts and approved proposals should define the exact terms for each project.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of crevixstudio.com and your interactions with Crevix concerning our digital services. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website. Additional written terms may apply when you purchase or engage us for a service.

2. Our Services

Crevix provides digital services that may include website design and development, WordPress development, UI/UX design, branding, graphic design, SEO, local SEO, digital marketing, Google Ads management, video editing, and related digital solutions.

The availability, deliverables, and scope of any service depend on the agreed project proposal or written confirmation. Not every service is included in every package.

3. Proposals & Scope of Work

Before work begins, the parties should agree on the project requirements, deliverables, timeline, fees, revision limits, responsibilities, and other relevant conditions in writing.

Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional fees, or an updated timeline. Changes should be approved before the additional work proceeds.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the website are informational unless expressly identified as a confirmed offer. The final price will be specified in the approved quotation or agreement.

Payment amounts, deposits, milestones, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be agreed before work begins. Clients are responsible for paying the agreed amounts by the stated deadlines.

Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, advertising spend, stock assets, software subscriptions, or other external services are excluded unless the written proposal explicitly includes them.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide the information and cooperation reasonably required to complete the agreed work, including:

  • Accurate project information and timely feedback.
  • Access to relevant accounts, systems, or materials when required.
  • Content, images, brand assets, and approvals they are responsible for providing.
  • Confirmation that supplied materials may lawfully be used for the project.
  • Timely payment according to the agreed payment schedule.

Delays in receiving information, access, feedback, or approvals may affect the project timeline.

6. Revisions & Project Delays

The number and type of included revisions should be stated in the project proposal. Requests beyond the agreed revision scope may involve additional charges or a revised delivery date.

Delivery estimates depend on the project scope, client feedback, and third-party dependencies. If a delay becomes likely, the parties should communicate and agree on a revised plan where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables should be defined in the relevant written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the transfer of rights in custom deliverables may be conditional on payment of all applicable fees.

Pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components, third-party assets, fonts, software, and licensed materials may remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide do not unlawfully infringe another party's rights. Any permission for Crevix to display completed work in a portfolio or promotional material should be agreed appropriately.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, software, advertising platforms, or external integrations. These services are subject to their own terms, fees, availability, and technical limitations.

Crevix is not responsible for disruptions or changes caused by external providers beyond its reasonable control. Where possible, we will communicate material issues affecting the agreed work.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Project cancellation, termination, and refund conditions should be stated in the approved agreement. Fees for work already completed, approved expenses, non-refundable third-party costs, and any applicable cancellation charges should be handled according to that agreement and applicable law.

No term in this policy is intended to remove a consumer or business right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Warranties & Results

We aim to deliver services according to the agreed scope and professional standards. However, outcomes may depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, advertising auctions, market conditions, platform policies, client resources, and customer behavior.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, advertising returns, or revenue unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise and the commitment is lawful.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crevix will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or a project, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, where such exclusions are legally permitted.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any agreed liability limits should be set out in the applicable written contract.

12. Termination

Either party may seek to end a project according to the terms agreed in the relevant proposal or contract. Outstanding payments, completed work, approved expenses, and handover arrangements should be settled in accordance with that agreement.

We may restrict access to the website or take reasonable action against unlawful, abusive, or harmful use, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws. Crevix is based in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provision should be reviewed and finalized for compliance with the laws applicable to the business and client.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or business practices change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes to an existing project agreement should be handled according to that agreement.
